Jiangsu union Filter Equipment Co., Ltd. signed a contract with Zhangjiagang POSCO Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. on December 11, 2018 for acid washing backwash filter system, and delivered the backwash filter device as required by the customer and passed the third-party inspection. The equipment is technologically advanced, economically reasonable and as a mature and reliable product of our company, which greatly meets the needs of customers.

The manufacturing and processing of the filter system meet the relevant national standards and industry standards and the steel pressure vessel gb150-2011 standard. The structure shall meet the strength requirements required by the local earthquake intensity of the customer, among which, the internal components shall have sufficient strength to achieve the highest precision required by the solution, ensure that all internal pipelines are free of leakage, and meet the protection level of IP65 of the electric control box required by the customer.

Recently, through the field debugging of our company’s technical engineers, the equipment meets the design requirements and is in normal operation and good condition, which has reached the high appreciation of users.
