Operation process: The bag filter is easy to operate. Only install the filter bag with required fineness grade in the filter cartridge, check whether the O-ring is intact, and then screw the ring bolt of the filter cartridge cover to put it into operation. After the pump is started, the pressure gauge on the filter rises slightly, with the initial pressure of about 0.05Mpa. With the extension of the use time, the filter slag in the cylinder increases gradually. When the pressure reaches 0.4MPa, stop the machine and open the cylinder cover, check the residual slag in the filter bag, and replace the filter bag to continue to use (the filter bag can be reused generally through cleaning). The filter pressure is generally adjusted at 0.1-0.3mpa, which can be adjusted through the return line or the return valve on the pump. If the filter pressure is too high, it will damage the filter bag and the protection net, so special attention should be paid.
